We, FemBi Foods LTD. ("We”, “Us” , “Our”, "Tasty Taste" or "Ashabi") provide these products shown on our website and these terms and conditions will cover your use of our services.

1. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms. You also confirm that you have reached the age of 18.

2. Ashabi is the trading name of FemBi Foods Limited, registered in England under company registration number 13574636.

3. Sometimes we may need to change these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or changes to the services themselves. We will let you know about any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website to remain relevant and compliant.

5. You must be 18 years old or over to transact on our website.

​

6. Registration is required in other to complete your order. You will be asked to create a username & password please keep this confidential. You are entirely responsible for all orders placed using your information. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your e-mail address and/or password or any breach of security known to you.

7. We are a GDPR compliant company, hence we will not request for information that are not relevant to fulfilling your order. Your personal information is held with care and security. We do not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for any purposes other than fulfilling your order.

8. You have the right to amend or erase your records at any time.

9. You won't use our service in any fraudulent of malicious way.

TRANSACTION

1. We will always endeavour for our prices to be as competitive as we possibly can.

2. The prices stated on our website are current and does not include delivery charge. The prices are subject to change at anytime without warning to respond to the originating market or economic conditions that affects food prices.

3. We accept all major debit & credit cards as stated on our website. Ashabi's Online Vouchers is also an acceptable form of payment. Any refunds arising from an order paid for by vouchers shall be refunded in vouchers. Cheque are not acceptable form of payment.

4. We do not store your card details on our system.
 

5. Declined transaction cancels your order unless another form of payment is tendered and accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR RETURNS

1. As a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding the return of faulty or incorrectly described goods. Our refund procedure described below does not affect your legal rights in relation to such goods. Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department, or Citizens Advice.

2. Due to the speed of our operation and to fulfil the next day delivery, you can make an amendment to your order or request a cancellation by contacting us within 1 hours of placing the order. See clause 2 below for more details. Cancellation or amendment requests via email may not be accepted.

3. For non-perishable items you can cancel or amend your order before it is processed and dispatched at no charge, see clause 1 above. However if your order has been dispatched prior to our receipt of your cancellation or amendment request, you may return the goods (unopened, unused & in good condition for resale) within 24 hours for a refund but we will not be liable to refund you the shipping and delivery cost incurred.

4. When items are returned to us, they must be with their original packaging and tags intact. In the case of items which include a hygiene or security seal, we ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the goods, unless you are certain that you intend to keep the goods. In the event that any seals or tags are removed or tampered with, we shall not permit that item to be returned nor shall we refund the cost and postage of this item to you.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION

1. We reserve the right to cancel your delivery or suspend your account at any time if we suspect any fraudulent activity or have reason to believe you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any. In the event that we cancel your order or suspend your account, you will receive an email notification from us.

2. We reserve the right to suspend your account. Your account will remain suspended until you contact us and remedy any breaches which are capable of remedy, or provide any information reasonably requested by our call centre advisers to enable them to reactivate your account.

3. In the rare event that unforeseen operational or technical issues occur, we may need to cancel or rearrange delivery. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

1. Ashabi.co.uk makes no warranty that this website will meet your requirements, uninterrupted or free of errors.

2. Products or product packages may differ slightly to those displayed on our website, and should you have any doubt about any product please contact us.

3. Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the price of the goods contained in that order.
